MC Local Driver - Wagga Wagga - NSW

Land Transport is a leading national Road Transport company who specialists in General Freight Transport. Operating for over 40 years, we are dedicated to putting our workers first, providing a safe work environment with job security.

In this role we are looking for an experienced MC Driver to join our team to carry out pickups and deliveries between the Wagga Wagga and Dubbo area requiring overnight stays for up to three nights per week.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have demonstrated experience in load restraint of general freight, pickups and deliveries
• Have previous experience completing daily vehicle pre-start checks and driver fitness
• Hold a current minimum MC license with proven experience
• Manual license and experience preferred
• Be efficient in completing the necessary delivery paperwork including run sheets and work diaries
• DG License desirable or willing to obtain
• Forklift license desirable – or willing to obtain
• Sound geographical knowledge of the local and surrounding areas
